The work
I make motion graphics, typography, UI and music promo pieces. What you get, the length, and the price are agreed in writing before I start. Pricing is on the pricing page; anything outside that gets a quote.
What I need from you
Send the audio, footage, text and references I ask for, and make sure you have the right to use them. If you give me something you don't own, that's on you, not me.
Payment
I take a 50% deposit before I start. The other 50% is due when the work is finished, and I send the final files once it's paid. Add-ons like rush delivery and extra revisions are charged when you ask for them.
Delivery and revisions
I aim for about 6 hours on standard pieces, but that is a target and not a guarantee. Bigger projects and busy days take longer, and I'll tell you up front if that's the case. Every project includes 2 free revisions. Extra revisions after that are $7.50 each.
Who owns what
Once you've paid in full, the finished piece is yours to use. You keep the rights to everything you supplied. I keep the right to show the finished work in my portfolio and on my socials unless you ask me not to before delivery. Project files and source assets stay with me unless we agree to hand them over.
Refunds

Liability
I'm a solo creator. I'll do careful work, but I'm not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or a missed release date, that come from a delivery. My liability for any project is capped at what you paid for it.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay is the one that applies to your project.
