Refunds

Custom work is made for you, so refunds depend on how far along it is.

Before I start

Cancel before I've started and your 50% deposit comes back in full.

Once work has started

The deposit covers the time I put in, so it isn't refundable after I've started. If I can't finish the piece for any reason, you get it back.

After delivery

Delivered work isn't refundable, because you already have the finished file. If something is wrong, such as a wrong cut, missing text or a broken export, I fix it for free. If I can't fix it, I refund you.

Add-ons

Rush delivery is refunded if I miss the faster turnaround. Paid revisions you've already used are not.

How to ask

Email hello@soracrt.com with what you ordered and what went wrong. I reply within a day or two.
