Privacy

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email, project type, the date you need it, and your message.
• Orders: the name and note you enter, plus what you picked.
• Reviews: the name, role and text you submit.
• Tutorial requests and votes: your request, and a one-way hash of your IP so one person can't vote twice. I can't turn the hash back into an address.
• Your IP address, briefly, for rate limiting so the forms aren't spammed.

What I use it for

Replying to your message, doing the work you ordered, showing reviews you chose to send, and keeping the site from being abused. That's all.

Who handles it

The site runs on a few services that process data for me: Vercel for hosting, Convex for the database, Cloudflare for media storage, Resend for email, and Discord for order notifications. Each has its own privacy policy. I don't share your details with anyone else.

Cookies

The public site doesn't set tracking cookies. The admin area uses a session cookie, and only I can log in there.

How long I keep it

Messages and orders stay as long as I need them to deliver the work and keep records. Ask me to delete yours and I will, unless I have to keep something for a legal reason.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. Email hello@soracrt.com and I'll sort it out.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
